The company TCL announced a new line of QD-Mini LED Art TV A400 Pro televisions, which combines advanced display technologies, gaming features, and a designer approach.

What is Known

The TVs are equipped with QD-Mini LED 4K panels with a refresh rate of 144 Hz (up to 288 Hz in gaming mode) and support for VRR, ALLM, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. Separate optimization profiles are provided for consoles including PS5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.

The manufacturer offers models with diagonals from 55 to 98”.

The sound system is developed by the Japanese company Onkyo and supports Dolby Atmos and DTS:X formats, while four HDMI 2.1 ports provide connection flexibility. The built-in AI Fuxi is responsible for smart functions, and the updated Smart Control 3.0 platform works ad-free and supports NAS storage devices.

TCL paid special attention to design: the TV body is only 3.99–4.45 cm thick (depending on the diagonal), the light walnut-textured frame is made with a seamless curve, and the matte screen resembles a canvas, reducing reflections and creating a painting effect. Color accuracy reaches 157% BT.709, with precision of ΔE < 0.99, thanks to Quantum Dot Pro technology.

The A400 Pro series continues the Art TV concept, where the TV becomes not only a media center but also an element of the interior.

The TV is already available in China at prices (converted from yuan):

  • 55″ — about $1130
  • 65″ — about $1555
  • 75″ — about $1840
  • 85″ — about $2120
  • 98″ — about $2825
