Casio Released New G-Shock with Textured Metallic Bezel in the USA
Casio expanded the G-Shock watch line in the USA. The company introduced the Modern Industrial series with four new models: GM2100BM1A, GM2100M1A, GM5600BM1, and GM5600M1. The main feature of these watches is the textured metallic bezel combined with a urethane strap with a similar pattern. The design is presented in a minimalist industrial style.
What is Known
The GM2100M1A model has a silver case and black strap, while the GM2100BM1A combines a silver bezel with a black case and strap. Their prices are 250 and 280 dollars, respectively. The GM5600M1 and GM5600BM1 are available for 220 and 260 dollars. All models are equipped with shock-resistant construction, water resistance up to 200 meters, an automatic calendar, an alarm clock, a countdown timer, and a Super Illuminator LED backlight.
The GM2100 combines an analog dial with a digital display. The GM5600 is fully digital. The battery life in the GM2100 is up to three years, in the GM5600 up to five. In December, Casio plans to launch sales of this series in European countries, including France and Germany.
