IKEA introduced the VÄSTMÄRKE wireless charger with Qi2 and MagSafe support
The Swedish company IKEA has expanded its series of smart devices with the stylish VÄSTMÄRKE wireless charger. This compact device combines Qi2 charging, MagSafe support, and USB C cable storage in a stylish red silicone case.
What is known
The novelty costs only $10 and is donut-shaped. The top part of the case can be turned inside-out to create a convenient handle for holding the phone. Inside hides a built-in USB C cable. VÄSTMÄRKE supports Qi2 charging speeds and attaches magnetically to iPhones with MagSafe or Pixels with the Pixelsnap system.

For those who prefer a more understated design, IKEA also offers a $25 version of the VÄSTMÄRKE in the shape of a bowl with backlighting. The smartphone attaches to the central column, and you can place keys or a wallet around it.
This continues IKEA's course on integrating technology into everyday objects. After concluding its collaboration with Sonos in May 2025, the company focused on Bluetooth speakers and devices compatible with the Matter standard: remotes, lighting, and sensors.
