The compact Huawei MatePad 11.5 S (2026) tablet with excellent features debuted globally at an attractive price
Huawei has launched the MatePad 11.5 S 2026 tablet globally, making it one of the thinnest and lightest devices in its class.
What is known
The tablet is equipped with an 11.5” IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2800 × 1840 pixels and an adaptive refresh rate of up to 144 Hz, making it suitable for both working with documents and for games and multimedia. The body is only 6.1 mm thick and weighs 515 g, making the MatePad 11.5 S comfortable to use on the go.
The device features 12 GB of RAM and options for 256 or 512 GB of internal storage, and runs on HarmonyOS 4.3. The cameras include a 13 MP main module and an 8 MP front-facing one, with sound powered by four speakers. The 8800 mAh battery supports charging via USB-C 3.0.
Huawei offers two versions of the tablet:
- basic — priced at €480;
- PaperMatte Edition — for €530, with a matte screen that mimics the texture of paper, which is especially convenient for reading and note-taking.
A Huawei-Pencil Pro stylus and keyboard case are also available.
