The new Redmi smartphone will get a 10,000 mAh battery with 100W charging support — most likely it's the K90 Ultra
Interesting information has appeared online about the Ultra model of the stylish sub-flagship Redmi K90 smartphone line, which debuted in late October in China, and recently Affordable flagships Poco F8 Pro and Poco F8 Ultra debut on the global market — global versions of Redmi K90 and K90 Pro Max.
What is known
Authoritative insider Digital Chat Station reported on his Weibo page that one of the upcoming smartphones will receive a record 10,000 mAh battery in a body less than 8.5 mm thick. He didn't explicitly state that it will be the Redmi K90 Ultra, but his comments make it obvious.
Furthermore, Digital Chat Station said the Redmi K90 Ultra will support 100W wired charging, as well as full wireless charging.
Despite the huge battery, Redmi continues to focus on the compactness of smartphones and pleasant tactile sensations.

Earlier, another Chinese insider Smart Pikachu reported that the Redmi K90 Ultra will be equipped with a 6.8” LTPS OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 165 Hz refresh rate. It will operate on the Dimensity 9500 Plus chipset and will feature a metal frame and enhanced water protection. The updated model will boast built-in speakers from Bose.
It is expected that the Redmi K90 Ultra will be released in mid-2026.
