Casio has officially introduced the new special edition G-Shock Frogman GW-8200TPF-1 watch in the UK, which previously debuted in Japan. The design is inspired by a vibrant poisonous frog: the case is adorned with three black-green stripes, and the textured polymer elements resemble amphibian skin.

What is Known

In the UK, the novelty can be purchased for £619 through Casio's official online store. It is noted that this model is not eligible for use with promo codes. The watch was also available in Casio's physical store in London from December 5. However, it was sold in limited quantities.

The GW-8200TPF-1 model features a titanium case and a metal back cover with engraved Frogman logo. The case dimensions are 52 × 50.3 × 18 mm, weight 84 g. It is a full-fledged diver's watch with water resistance up to 200 m, compliant with ISO standards. It is equipped with a digital display with Super Illuminator backlight, supports 31 time zones, has a timer, stopwatch, tide and moon phase graphs, dive time, dive pauses and five alarms.

The watch is powered by Tough Solar technology, charging from both natural and artificial light. It is currently unknown if the model will appear in the rest of Europe or in the USA.
