The Ukrainian studio GSC Game World released the free content expansion Stories Untold for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl, which is already available on PC, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.

What is known

Stories Untold offers players more than five hours of new content, including eight missions, seven unique locations, and six characters with their own stories. The central element of the expansion is a mysterious signal spreading across the radio, causing stalkers hallucinations, headaches, and dangerous consequences. Players will have to venture into the Red Forest to uncover the nature of the signal and reveal new mysteries of the Zone.

The update also includes new types of weapons and customization options, and the hub location will allow not only to gather important NPCs in one place but also to set up a base for further expeditions.

Importantly, player decisions directly affect the development of events. The expansion is seamlessly woven into the main campaign, expanding the lore and enhancing the atmosphere of mystery.
