Eurocom has unveiled the impressive Raptor X18 laptop, which it positions as a full-fledged mobile server platform.

The device offers enterprise-level computing power in a portable form factor and is focused on professional tasks, AI work, engineering calculations, and other tasks that require maximum computing power.

What is known

In the top configuration, the Raptor X18 is equipped with a 24-core Intel Core Ultra 9 275HX processor and a discrete NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop graphics card. Versions with RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 Ti Laptop are also available. The system supports installation of up to 256GB DDR5 RAM in four SO-DIMM slots.

The storage subsystem includes four M.2 NVMe slots — three PCIe 4.0 and one PCIe 5.0, allowing for up to 32TB SSDs and assembling RAID arrays of levels 0/1/5. This volume and flexibility make the laptop suitable for server scenarios and working with large amounts of data or, for example, language models.

Users are offered two options for an 18” display:

  • 2560 × 1600, 240Hz
  • 3840 × 2400 (4K), 200Hz.

The Raptor X18 is equipped with two Thunderbolt 5 ports, two RJ-45 2.5GbE, USB 3.2, HDMI and supports Windows 11, Windows Server 2025, and Linux operating systems.

The device weighs about 3.6 kg and is 32.8 mm thick.

The cost of the Raptor X18 is no less impressive than its specifications and depends on the configuration:

  • from $4,400 for the basic version
  • over $15,300 for the top configuration with 256GB of RAM and 32TB SSD.
