Official: Realme 8 5G with MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip will debut on April 21

At the end of March, Realme introduced the Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro smartphones, and now announced the release of another device from this range.

What we know

The new device name is Realme 8 5G. It will be presented in Thailand on April 21, and in India on April 22. As the name suggests, the new model will differ from the regular Realme 8 by a built-in 5G modem.

The smartphone is expected with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor, a 5000 mAh battery, a quad camera with a 48 MP main sensor, a 6.5-inch 90 Hz panel, 8 GB of RAM and Android 11 operating system out of the box.

By the way, there is a rumor that the device could become a renamed version of Realme V13 5G, which debuted a couple of weeks ago. The phone will cost about $ 250. For comparison, Realme 8's price is $ 200.
