LG is actively preparing for the largest consumer electronics show, CES 2026. It is already known that the company will present a series of The Coolest LCD TVs in LG History: Premium Micro RGB evo Series Introduced in Three Size Options, groundbreaking gaming UltraGear evo monitors and a new series of smart kitchen appliances with extensive AI capabilities.

However, LG will also surprise the public with a humanoid home robot.

What is known

LG announced CLOiD — a robot with two arms and ten fingers.

The company has not disclosed details of the home assistant, but it is claimed that it will be able to perform a "wide range" of household tasks.

The AI and the chipset built into its head will allow the android to make decisions independently, based on its experience and the current situation, and a set of displays, speakers, cameras, and sensors will make communication with CLOiD as realistic as possible.

LG shared two images of CLOiD's hands, which are apparently going to be its main feature.

The CES 2026 will be held in Las Vegas from January 6 to 9.
