Xiaomi has expanded its desktop accessory lineup and introduced the Desktop Charging Station 140W — a compact charging station with high power output and a large number of ports for simultaneously powering smartphones, laptops, tablets, headphones, smartwatches, and other devices without cluttering the desk with multiple adapters.

What's known

The device features eight ports, including:

  • USB-C1 and USB-C2 — up to 140W each when used singly (PD 3.1);
  • two USB-A — one port up to 120W, and the other for low-power accessories;
  • four AC ports.

The total adapter power is 2500W. The station supports PD 3.1, QC4+, PPS protocols.

The built-in controller automatically identifies the type of connected device and adjusts the power supply to provide safe and fast charging.

The station includes a battery charge indicator and a 1-meter USB-C cable with 240W power.

Xiaomi is launching the novelty through crowdfunding, which starts on January 7. The cost of the Desktop Charging Station 140W will be $42 (converted from yuan), and for the first participants, it is reduced to $36.
