Officials emphasize that this is not a full-scale implementation but a demonstration as part of technology testing. theless, the appearance of such a robot in public space shows how actively China is promoting the use of androids in all areas, including law enforcement.

For those not in the loop

T800 is a full-size humanoid robot standing 1.73 meters tall and weighing about 75 kilograms, including battery. The robot can run, jump, and quickly change direction. Its arms are equipped with sensors that ensure precise handling of objects.

The model uses AI to analyze situations and make autonomous decisions, although it can execute orders from police officers. The android's autonomous operation time is 4-5 hours. The developer claims that the robot can move at speeds up to 10.8 kilometers per hour, which exceeds the walking speed of an average human.

EngineAI positions its range as a universal platform for industrial applications, logistics, and security, and public demonstrations help the company showcase the capabilities of its systems.
