At CES 2026, Samsung announced the Galaxy Book 6 series of laptops. It includes models like Galaxy Book 6, Galaxy Book 6 Pro, and Galaxy Book 6 Ultra. Key changes: new Intel processors, integration of neural processors, and an expanded set of Galaxy AI features.

What is known

The laptops are powered by Intel Core Ultra Series 3 — next-generation processors created with Intel 18A (1.8 nm) process technology. According to Samsung, CPU performance increased by more than 50% compared to the previous series. Devices are available with 16 or 32 GB of RAM and storage drives up to 1 TB. The 16-inch Pro version features a storage expansion slot.

All models are equipped with a built-in neural processor (NPU), providing up to 50 TOPS of computing power for AI tasks. There are also configurations with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 or 5070 graphics cards available.

For cooling, Samsung has used a new vapor chamber with an increased heat dissipation area and larger ribs. In the Galaxy Book 6 Ultra, an additional dual-channel heat dissipation system and a fan with a separate heat distributor are installed.

The declared autonomy is up to 30 hours of video playback. The Ultra model supports fast charging up to 60% in 30 minutes. The Pro and Ultra models feature Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays with a refresh rate of 30–120 Hz and a peak brightness of 1000 nits. The Ultra model has six speakers with Dolby Atmos.

Among the Galaxy AI features: Note Assist, Live Translate, Multi Control, Storage Share, AI Select, and more. The laptops run on Windows 11. Sales start at the end of January, in gray and silver colors. Prices are not yet announced.
