Plus 8” with One Button: Lenovo Introduces Legion Pro Rollable Concept — a Gaming Laptop with a Expandable OLED Display
At CES 2026, Lenovo finally unveiled one of the most unusual gaming laptops of the year — the Legion Pro Rollable Concept. This is a concept device with a rollable horizontal OLED display, which can increase from the usual 16" to 21.5 or 24 inches with the touch of a button.
What is known
In its regular state, it's a standard 16” laptop with a 16:10 aspect ratio. But the built-in flexible PureSight OLED screen can "roll out" to the sides, turning the device into an ultra-wide display for gaming, editing, or multitasking. The expansion process occurs smoothly thanks to two motors and a tensioning system that protect the panel from damage.
The Legion Pro Rollable is based on the Legion Pro 7i and retains its powerful configuration, including support for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 Laptop GPU. Intel Core Ultra processors are also mentioned.
The laptop offers three display modes for different use scenarios:
- Focus Mode — standard 16";
- Tactical Mode — expanded to 21.5";
- Arena Mode — maximum 24" ultra-wide format.
Despite the demonstration at CES, Lenovo emphasizes that the Legion Pro Rollable remains a concept and is not yet intended for mass production.
