Helps to find lost items: Motorola introduced the Moto Tag 2 tracker with up to 600 days of battery life and deep integration into the Android Find Hub ecosystem
At CES 2026, Motorola introduced the next generation of its smart tracker — the Moto Tag 2, which became part of the expanded Moto Things ecosystem. The device received more accurate positioning, increased autonomy, and improved protection.
What is known
Moto Tag 2 is powered by a standard CR2032 battery and provides up to 600 days of autonomy, making the new product one of the most durable trackers on the market.
The main technical update is the support for UWB (Ultra Wideband), which allows determining the direction and distance to the tracker with high accuracy. Additionally, Bluetooth Channel Sounding technology is used, improving the search for items indoors, even if they are behind obstacles.
Moto Tag 2 is fully integrated with Android Find Hub, ensuring quick and secure device searches within the Android ecosystem.
The tracker's body has become more compact and durable, received IP68 protection, making it resistant to water and dust. The device is equipped with a small speaker, which helps to find lost items faster, supports remote camera shutter and smartphone search functions.
At the exhibition, Motorola showcased the tracker in PANTONE Laurel Oak and PANTONE Arabesque colors.
Moto Tag 2 will go on sale later in 2026 at a price of €35.
