Vivo is preparing to introduce the X300 Ultra flagship — the successor to the X200 Ultra, scheduled for release in March 2026. According to insider Digital Chat Station, the presentation of the model will take place after the announcement of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, scheduled for February 25.

The X300 Ultra is expected to run on the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 (Elite) processor, just like the OnePlus 15 and Galaxy S26 Ultra. The main focus is on the camera capabilities, which will have three key modules:

  • Main camera: 200 MP Sony Lytia 901, optical size 1/1.12 inches, focal length 35 mm
  • Ultra-wide-angle: 50 MP, 1/1.28 inches
  • Telephoto lens: 200 MP, 1/1.4 inches, 85 mm

In addition, a "new XXX-module" is mentioned, which could be the fourth element of the system. The insider did not specify what it would be, but users speculate various options — from a multispectral sensor to an updated teleconverter.

Vivo has already introduced the X300 and X300 Pro, and the X300 Ultra is preparing for a global launch after the presentation in China.
