At CES 2026, Acer introduced updated Aspire 14 AI and Aspire 16 AI laptops aimed at work, study, and everyday tasks. Both models belong to the Copilot+ PC category and have received new Intel Core Ultra series 3 processors, including the top-end Core Ultra 9 386H.

What is known

The laptops are equipped with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 2 TB of SSD storage, as well as built-in Intel Arc graphics and NPU accelerators for local AI features of Windows 11.

Both models are available with several display options: FHD+ 120 Hz, touch panels, and OLED screens, which can recline 180 degrees for collaborative work.

As the model names suggest, the Aspire 14 AI is equipped with a 14” screen, while the Aspire 16 AI has a 16” screen. Both laptops feature a 1080p IR camera with a physical shutter, a triple microphone array, and stereo speakers with DTS. The port set includes 2× Thunderbolt 4, 2× USB-A, HDMI 2.1, and an audio jack (the 16” model has a microSD in the ARM version). Wireless connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.

In addition to Windows 11's smart features, the new models support Acer’s own AI function package, which, combined with a powerful neural module, expands user capabilities.

The laptop bodies remain thin and light: the Aspire 14 AI weighs about 1.25 kg, while the Aspire 16 AI is 1.52 kg. The hinges allow for a 180° cover opening, and large touchpads facilitate gesture work.

Acer Aspire 14 AI (A14-I71M/T) will be available in Europe in the second quarter of 2026, and in America in the third quarter. Acer Aspire 16 AI (A16-I71M/T) will be available in Europe and the USA in the second quarter of this year.
