Xiaomi prepares a smartphone with a built-in fan and battery over 8000 mAh
Xiaomi is working on a smartphone with a built-in fan for cooling. This is evidenced by a leak from the insider Digital Chat Station.
What is known
According to preliminary data, the novelty will be based on the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset and will receive a display with a resolution of 1.5K and an "ultra-high" refresh rate.
The most interesting thing is that the cooler will be built into the camera module, yet the smartphone will maintain dust and water protection according to the IP68 standard. It may become the first device with a fan certified to such a level of protection.
Regarding the specifications and chipset, it is likely about the Redmi K90 Ultra model — the predecessor K80 Ultra also had a flagship MediaTek chip. Earlier it was reported that the device will receive a 6.8-inch LTPS OLED display with a 165 Hz frequency, a metal frame, an ultrasonic under-display scanner, and a battery over 8000 mAh.
The smartphone is expected to appear on the Chinese market this year.
