Xiaomi MI MIX Fold smartphone will be released on the global market after all
Xiaomi at the end of March presented its first foldable smartphone Mi MIX Fold in China. It was assumed that the new device will not be released outside the country, but it seems that this is not the case.

Indian insider Mukul Sharma rummaged through the IMEI database and found the number of the global version of the smartphone - M2011J18G. For comparison, in China, the device comes with the number M2011J18C. In addition, the new product was also registered in the Indian database with an IMEI number. Therefore, the release of the device is just around the corner.
So yes. Xiaomi's first-ever foldable is likely to launch globally as well. Have spotted the global variant (M2011J18G) on the IMEI database

As a reminder, in China Xiaomi MI MIX Fold costs about $1,500. The device has two AMOLED displays at 8.01″ and 6.52″, the flagship Snapdragon 888 processor in conjunction with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, a 5020 mAh battery with fast 67-watt charging, four speakers, and an unusual triple camera with a proprietary chip image processing Surge C1. 108MP ISOCELL HM2 main sensor.
