MSI has introduced a new line of air CPU coolers, MPG CoreFrozr, which includes the AP15 and AP17 models. The main feature of the new products is large LCD screens that display system information and can show user content.

What is known

Both models use a dual-tower design with multiple heat pipes and two fans, providing a high level of heat dissipation. The coolers are optimized for modern processors, including the AMD Ryzen X3D line and Intel chips, and have a copper base for improved system cooling.

Main features of the models:

  • The MPG CoreFrozr AP15 has a four-zone display that shows temperature, load, frequencies, and even a calendar;
  • The MPG CoreFrozr AP17 is equipped with a 6” screen that is wider than the cooler itself. It can display both system metrics and any images or videos through MSI's proprietary software.

Both displays are removable, although the practical feasibility of this solution remains in question.

MSI has not yet disclosed the prices for the MPG CoreFrozr AP15 and AP17 coolers. It is expected that sales will begin later in 2026.
