Less RAM needed: 007 First Light authors have published updated action system requirements
At the beginning of January, IO Interactive studio James Bond Doesn't Need Much: System Requirements for Spy Action Game 007 First Light Published for the spy action game 007 First Light, which were somewhat surprising at the time, as they were extremely low for a modern game.
However, as it turned out, the developers made a mistake due to internal misunderstanding and reported that the actual requirements would be even lower!
What is known
The main adjustment concerns RAM, last time the recommended requirements indicated 32 GB, but in fact, 16 GB is sufficient.
The other changes are not so radical.
Updated system requirements
Minimum requirements (1080p, 30 FPS)
- graphics card — Nvidia GeForce GTX 1660, AMD RX 5700, or discrete Intel graphics card of the same level;
- processor — Intel Core i5 9500 or AMD Ryzen 5 3500;
- RAM — 16 GB;
- free space — 80 GB.
Recommended requirements (1080p, 60 FPS)
- graphics card — Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, AMD RX 6700 XT, or discrete Intel graphics card of the same level;
- processor — Intel Core i5 13500 or AMD Ryzen 5 7600;
- RAM — 32 GB;
- free space — 80 GB.
Closer to the release of 007 First Light, IO Interactive promises to make additional adjustments and publish the final table.

When to expect
The release of 007 First Light will take place on May 27 on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Nintendo Switch 2.
