The popular Chinese brand Hisense has launched the sale of a new line of E8S RGB-Mini LED TVs aimed at the premium segment and large diagonal enthusiasts.
What is known
The series includes 75, 85, and 100-inch models, with the key feature being the transition to full-color RGB-Mini LED backlighting. This approach enables 100% coverage of the BT.2020 color space and reduces power consumption by more than 40%.
Main features of Hisense E8S
- Next-generation RGB-Mini LED backlight
Each LED combines three independent channels (R/G/B), which increases color accuracy and contrast. The 100” version features up to 9360 local dimming zones, making it one of the most advanced Mini LED TVs on the market. - Ultra-thin body
Minimum thickness — 44 mm, flat back panel, with no protruding elements. The TV is optimized for wall mounting and visually resembles a monolithic panel. - Anti-glare Obsidian Screen Pro
Reflection coefficient — only 1.8%, ensuring comfortable viewing even in bright ambient light. - Advanced image processing
The TV is based on a new image processing chip using RISC-V architecture, developed by Hisense. It enhances contrast, detail, and HDR algorithm performance. - High brightness and refresh rate
The E8S series is aimed at premium home theaters and gamers: the models support high brightness, extended HDR modes, and refresh rates up to 180 Hz depending on the size. - Excellent sound
The 4.2.2 audio system is developed in collaboration with the French brand Devialet. It includes 10 speakers with a total power of 270 watts.
Availability and prices
The Hisense E8S is already on sale in China, with prices starting at $1865 (converted from yuan) for the 75” model.
