Nubia introduced the Red Magic 11 Air — a stylish and slim gaming flagship with excellent features
The series of announcements of slim yet powerful flagship-level smartphones continues. Yesterday, Honor introduced the ultra-thin flagship Magic 8 Pro Air with a top chipset, a 5500 mAh battery, and fast charging, and today Nubia presented a gadget with a similar name — the Red Magic 11 Air.
What's known
Nubia Red Magic 11 Air — the thinnest and lightest device in the history of the lineup, which retains the signature semi-transparent design, active cooling, and top-tier performance.
The device is equipped with a 6.85” AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 144 Hz. The 16 MP front camera is located under the screen, providing a "true full screen" effect without notches and holes.
Performance is powered by the flagship Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with an additional RedMagic Redcore R4 graphics processor, ensuring maximum stability in games.
The cooling system includes an active turbo fan, an enlarged vapor chamber, and graphene layers, reducing heating during long gaming sessions.
Red Magic 11 Air comes with a 7000 mAh battery, which provides long autonomy even under heavy load. The smartphone supports fast 100W charging and bypass charging.
The smartphone is available in configurations up to 16 GB of RAM and up to 512 GB of internal memory, supports 5G, Wi-Fi 7, NFC, and has an IR port.
The price for RedMagic 11 Air starts at $530 for the 12/256 GB version, while the 16/512 GB model costs $630. At launch, buyers can choose between Quantum Black and Stardust White colors, with the Aurora Silver version appearing in March.
