The Black Shark company, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, introduced the new magnetic power bank Blade 3 — compact, slim, and primarily aimed at iPhone owners.

What is known

The device comes in two versions with 5000 and 10,000 mAh, featuring 15W magnetic wireless and 30W wired charging.

The magnetic charging works through MagSafe and supports iPhones from the 12 and above (excluding the 16th). The company claims that via the cord, the battery can charge the iPhone 17 Pro up to 70% in just half an hour.

The Black Shark Blade 3 features a slim body with a curved edge, allowing the power bank to fit snugly against the iPhone without blocking the camera block. The thickness of the device is only 8 mm for the 5000 mAh version and 13.8 mm for the 10,000 mAh model, with a weight of 115 and 195 grams respectively. Inside, lithium-cobalt oxide cells are installed, providing stable operation and high energy density.

Black Shark paid special attention to durability: the power bank's body withstands extreme loads, including up to 13.8 tons of pressure and puncture with a 4 mm diameter tungsten needle without igniting. Temperature control is managed by the Ice Armor system — graphene sheets and an intelligent controller, keeping the heat around 37°C even during fast charging.

The power bank is already available in China at a price of $37 (converted from yuan).
