Oppo K14x 5G presented - a cheap smartphone with a 120 Hz screen and a 6500 mAh battery

OPPO has unveiled a new budget smartphone Oppo K14x 5G, which features a large display, high-capacity battery, and modern MediaTek platform.

What is known

Oppo K14x 5G offers a 6.75” LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120 Hz refresh rate. The maximum brightness reaches 1125 nits, improving readability in sunlight. The screen takes up more than 90% of the front panel and supports a 240 Hz touch sampling rate.

The smartphone is equipped with a 6500 mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging and reverse wired charging. The manufacturer emphasizes that the battery is designed for long service life and can withstand years of active use without significant loss of efficiency.

New budget smartphone Oppo K14x 5G

At the core of the Oppo K14x 5G is a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset paired with a Mali‑G57 MC2 graphics chip. Versions with 4 or 6 GB of LPDDR4X RAM are available, with 128 GB of storage that can be expanded using microSD.

The main camera includes a 50 MP module and an auxiliary 2 MP depth sensor. The front camera is 5 MP. This setup is sufficient for everyday photography and video calls.

The smartphone runs on Android 15 with ColorOS 15.

The device is water-resistant to IP64 standards, has a 3.5 mm jack, and supports dual SIM cards.

Oppo K14x 5G will currently be available only in India from February 16 at a price of $165 (converted from rupees). There is no information yet on the release of the novelty on the global market.
