Performance and Hardware

The Predator Orion 7000 is equipped with an Intel Core Ultra 9 285K — a 24-core processor with a frequency up to 5.7 GHz in Boost mode. The chip includes a built-in NPU that accelerates AI work and allows its use locally, without a cloud connection. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card uses GDDR7 memory and supports DLSS 4 with multi-frame generation.

Memory and Capabilities

The Predator Orion 7000 received 64 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM and supports up to 128 GB through four DIMM slots. For data storage, there is a 2 TB SSD, one PCIe Gen5 M.2 slot, two Gen4 M.2 slots, and one for hot-swappable SSD. There are also two slots for 3.5” hard drives.

The PL1 power limit is set at 200 W, providing stable performance under prolonged loads.

Cooling and Design

The PC comes with Acer's proprietary FrostBlade X360 liquid cooling system and three ARGB fans. The case is equipped with a panoramic glass side panel that exposes the components and internal lighting, customizable via the PredatorSense program.

The computer comes with a wide range of interfaces: Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Gen1 and Gen2 Type-A, USB-C, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort, RJ45 Ethernet, and Wi-Fi 6E. On top of the I/O panel are three USB-A 3.2 Gen1 ports, one USB-C 3.2 Gen1 port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. DTS:X Ultra is supported for spatial sound.

Price and Availability

The Predator Orion 7000 with RTX 5080 is already available in China at a price of $4300 (converted from yuan).
