The legendary Diablo game franchise is celebrating its 30th anniversary, and to honor this event, Blizzard held a special presentation, the main point of which is that the Warlock class will be available in three games.

What is known

Blizzard is introducing a brand-new Warlock class to the series, which obviously wields dark magic and has never appeared in Diablo before. However, more on that later.

The Warlock will become the second class added on April 28 in the Lord of Hatred expansion for Diablo IV, with the first being the previously announced Paladin.

For Diablo II: Resurrected, the Reign of the Warlock expansion has been released, where gamers will be able to try out the new class for the first time. Simultaneously, the remaster of the cult game was released on Steam in the Infernal edition and also became available to Xbox Game Pass subscribers. A large free update with bug fixes and improvements to game mechanics has also been released for this game.

The third announcement concerns the mobile game Diablo Immortal, in which the Warlock will appear in June 2026 with the next update.

Immortal has a mixed and controversial reputation among gamers, but Blizzard does not plan to stop supporting it and promises many innovations and surprises.
