The Czech studio Warhorse released the native version of the famous role-playing game Kingdom Come: Deliverance (2018) for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series without prior announcements, about which there have been many rumors for a long time.

What is known

The game previously ran on current-generation consoles but did not utilize their technical capabilities to the fullest. Now the authors have released a free update for those who purchased Kingdom Come: Deliverance, and new players can buy the game already in its updated form.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance runs in 4K resolution at 60 FPS, has improved texture quality, faster load times, and some other enhancements.

The developers also fixed a number of bugs — the full list of changes in update 1.9.7 can be found on the game's website.

On the ElAnalistaDeBits channel, a detailed comparison of Kingdom Come graphics on PS4 and PS5 was published, confirming that the authors took great care in creating the native version of the game for modern consoles.
