LG releases new TWS headphones — premium xboom Buds Plus and budget xboom Buds Lite
LG Electronics announced the launch of two new TWS headphone models — xboom Buds Lite and xboom Buds Plus, which expand the already well-known xboom Buds lineup.
What is known
The headphones were developed in collaboration with rapper will.i.am — his company helped create sound processing algorithms and tune the sound, and the musician serves as the project's advertising face.
The xboom Buds Plus model is positioned as the most technologically advanced solution in the series and offers a range of advanced features:
- active noise cancellation (ANC) for comfortable listening in noisy environments;
- support for 3D Spatial Audio and customizable EQ for personal sound;
- Bluetooth transmitter in the case body — the headphones can be used with devices without Bluetooth;
- UVnano+ disinfection function, which eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria on the speaker mesh when charging, making them ideal for frequent travel and a busy daily life;
- xboom Buds Plus have IPX4 water and sweat resistance and offer up to 30 hours of battery life (10 hours on one charge + 20 hours with the case).
The more affordable xboom Buds Lite model is designed for everyday use and features a compact and lightweight design suitable for extended wear, has IPX4 protection and a customizable EQ, and provides up to 35 hours of total runtime (11.5 hours on one charge + 23.5 hours with the case).
