Xiaomi expands its presence in Europe: Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg launched in the UK market
Xiaomi continues to expand its presence in the European home appliance market. The company has launched the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer Pro 9kg in the UK market. The model is priced at £599.
What is known
The front-loading device is designed for 9 kg washing and combines washing and drying functions in one body. Among the available programs are a 36-minute Smart Wash mode and a 12-minute cycle for small loads. According to the manufacturer, the machine can wash and dry up to 3 kg of laundry in about three hours.
The model supports steam treatment. Xiaomi claims to eliminate up to 99.99% of bacteria during such a cycle. The device has an energy efficiency class A.
Features include remote control via the Xiaomi Home app. Users can start or stop washing, check remaining time, schedule cycles, and receive firmware updates. Automatic dosing is also provided for two types of detergents with volume adjustment depending on the program and load.
An automatic cleaning system is separately noted: according to the company, drying elements are washed with high-pressure water, and the drum and detergent compartment are cleaned at high temperatures.
