Blizzard announced the mobile version of the popular shooter Overwatch.
What is known
Unfortunately, the developer does not reveal important details about the new game, which is called Overwatch Rush. From the debut gameplay video, which reflects an early version of the project, we can conclude that it will be a MOBA-shooter with a top-down view. Players will participate in team battles in a 4*4 format with already familiar Overwatch characters, who have acquired abilities and weapons similar to those in the main game.

Even though the game is still in development, we want to share the production updates with you.
Today we present Overwatch Rush — a new top-down shooter in the Overwatch universe, created specifically for mobile devices.
Overwatch Rush is being developed by a separate Blizzard team, unrelated to Team 4, and all its members have extensive experience with mobile games. Team 4 remains fully focused on the main Overwatch, which continues to delight players on PC and consoles with new exciting possibilities in the recently launched first season!
Overwatch Rush is a completely new title, not a port, created specifically for mobile gamers. We are now preparing to test the game in certain countries and regions, and in the meantime, we invite you to stay updated on our official Discord server.
Even though there is still a lot of work ahead, we are eager to find out how players like what we have already created and to hear their opinions.

The release dates for Overwatch Rush have not yet been specified. The game will be available for free on iOS and Android.
