Volvo ES90 Launches in Ukraine: 650km Range, Rapid Charge Revolution
Ukrainian Volvo dealerships have started accepting orders and booking test drives for the new electric liftback ES90. The starting price is 3,176,112 hryvnias.
What is known
ES90 is the first Volvo on the 800-volt SPA2 architecture. The claimed range is up to 650 km, and the peak charging power is 350 kW. On fast charging, you can restore up to 300 km of range in 10 minutes. OTA updates are supported — the car's functions and systems will improve throughout its lifecycle.
Externally, ES90 is distinguished by a coupe-like silhouette. The wheelbase is 3.1 m, and the ground clearance is 18 cm. The "Thor's Hammer" headlights have received an updated design, and at the rear are characteristic C-shaped lights in two sections. Hidden handles, frameless mirrors, and flush-mounted pillars all contribute to aerodynamics. Seven body colors are available, and wheels range from 20 to 22 inches.

Inside, there is Scandinavian minimalism with eco-friendly materials: bio-based Nordico, wood, and textile from recycled polyester. The front seats offer eight adjustment directions, ventilation, massage, and heating. The rear ones have electric tilt adjustment. The standard package includes a panoramic roof with protection against 99.9% of UV radiation, with an optional electrochromic version with transparency adjustment. Ambient lighting offers six modes with names inspired by Scandinavian nature: Northern Light, Forest Bath, Midsummer, and others.
