Anker Unveils 250W GaN Desktop Charger Pro+: Compact Powerhouse with 6 Ports and IPS Display
The Chinese brand Anker has released a new desktop charger GaN Desktop Charger Pro+ (model A2345), which has become one of the most powerful and functional solutions in its class. Thanks to GaN technology, the manufacturer managed to keep compact dimensions — only 106 × 90 × 40 mm with a weight of 640 g — while providing a total power of 250 W.
What is known
The device is equipped with six ports: four USB‑C and two USB‑A. The main USB‑C1 port supports up to 140 W power, which allows for fast charging even for the most demanding laptops, such as the 16” MacBook Pro. It operates in a wide range of profiles: from 15 to 140 W. The other three USB‑C ports deliver up to 100 W, and the two USB‑A ports deliver up to 22.5 W, making the station universal for smartphones, tablets, headphones, and other accessories.
A feature of the model is the 2.26” IPS display, which shows the power supplied to each port. This allows you to control load distribution and optimize device connections.
Anker GaN Desktop Charger Pro+ supports many fast charging protocols, including Xiaomi 120W and Huawei SuperCharge, making it compatible with a wide range of devices.
The charger is currently available only in China at a price of $120 (converted from yuan), but it will soon appear in other markets.
