Next week marks the release of the ambitious action RPG Crimson Desert, which many journalists are calling a top contender for the title of Best Game of 2026.

Korean studio Pearl Abyss has spent a tremendous amount of time developing Crimson Desert, released numerous videos, made many bold promises, and has now published system requirements, leaving no doubt that the developer prioritized game optimization as one of its main goals.

In short, Crimson Desert will run even on many office laptops and older desktops on low and medium settings, undoubtedly allowing it to capture the widest possible audience. Additionally, the developers have revealed the graphics modes available to console gamers, and they, too, will meet any demand.
