Meet the Robo-Horse: Deep Robotics' Pony That Can Carry Humans!
The Chinese company Deep Robotics creatively celebrated the Year of the Horse according to the Eastern calendar by introducing an unusual robot — a robo-horse, although in fact, it is a robo-pony: weighing about 30 kg, its height does not exceed half a meter. theless, it can bear the weight of an adult human, although the number of horsepower in the 'animal' is not specified.
The novelty is based on the Lynx M20 industrial robot, which is designed for working in rescue operations in challenging conditions.
Structurally, the robo-horse differs little from the Lynx M20 robot, but externally it perfectly mimics the appearance and gait of a horse. It prances, paws the ground, and somewhat awkwardly rears up. It's difficult to find practical use for such a horse, but children genuinely enjoy the attraction and happily ride on it.
