LG Unveils 2026 TV Lineup: Breakthrough OLED Brightness, Wireless W6 Wallpaper, and New Micro RGB Series
LG announced its 2026 TV lineup, emphasizing the development of OLED technologies, the integration of artificial intelligence, and the introduction of new types of displays. The lineup includes updated OLED series, Mini-LED devices, and an entirely new Micro RGB category.
OLED evo — the foundation of the lineup
In 2026, OLED evo is presented in the G6, C6, B6, and W6 series
LG G6 — the flagship model, which features the Primary RGB Tandem 2.0 panel (four-layer OLED) that provides approximately four times the brightness and improved color reproduction.
LG also claims the use of Hyper Radiant Color technology, which enhances overall image brightness and reduces reflections.
Key features of the G6:
- brightness up to ~3000 nits (estimate for top models)
- Alpha 11 Gen 3 processor (+50% CPU, +70% GPU)
- refresh rate up to 165 Hz
- Reflection Free Premium anti-glare coating
LG C6 — mass-market OLED with flagship technologies
The C6 series remains the most popular, but in 2026 it has become noticeably more powerful. It features:
- Alpha 11 Gen 3 processor in all versions
- 77″ and 83″ (C6H) versions received improved Tandem panels
- refresh rate up to 165 Hz
Thus, the higher-end C6 models have approached flagship-level.
LG B6 — budget OLED
The B6 series represents the entry-level OLED:
- standard OLED panel (possibly OLED SE)
- brightness lower than higher-end models
- Alpha 8 Gen 3 processor
Nevertheless, the TVs retain key OLED advantages: perfect blacks and high contrast.
OLED evo models will be available with screen sizes ranging from 42 to 97”.
LG W6 — "wallpaper" with wireless connectivity
The W6 Wallpaper OLED returns to the lineup as a designer model aimed at the premium segment. This ultra-thin model (body ~9–10 mm) offers wireless connectivity through the Zero Connect block. This solution minimizes the number of cables and integrates the device into the interior.
The TV features virtually the same specifications as the G6.
Micro RGB evo series — is LG's new approach to creating premium LCD TVs. It replaces white LED backlighting with RGB LEDs, and the smaller-sized light elements provide greater accuracy.
The series features an alpha 11 AI 4K Gen3 processor with a dual AI engine. It also employs backlighting control methods borrowed from OLED technology. 100% color accuracy is supported in BT.2020, DCI-P3, and Adobe RGB ranges.
Micro RGB models will have screens up to 100”.
QNED Mini-LED TVs will occupy a more affordable solution segment, offering improved contrast and brightness thanks to Mini-LED backlighting. They will have screen sizes up to 115”.
When to expect and pricing
TV sales have already started in South Korea, with a global launch to be announced later.
- The price for the G6 model starts at $2000 for 55” and reaches $25100 for a 97” screen;
- for the C6 model, expect $1300 for a 48” screen to $6200 for 77”;
- B6 models cost $2200 for 65”, $3800 for 77”, and $5200 for 83”.
The wireless OLED TV W6 and the Micro RGB evo series are expected to go on sale in the first half of 2026.
