New tablets Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 Lite and Galaxy Tab S7 FE will have only quarterly updates
Samsung recently launched Galaxy Tab A7 Lite and Galaxy Tab S7 FE tablets , and has now revealed how often it plans to update new items.
What we know
According to the company's official website, Galaxy Tab A7 Lite and Galaxy Tab S7 FE will only receive quarterly system security updates. That is, one firmware every three months. For the budget Galaxy Tab A7 Lite this is fine, but for Galaxy Tab S7 FE it is very odd. The 5G version of the tablet costs 650 euros in Europe and for that kind of money I would like to receive monthly software updates. Even some budget Galaxy A and Galaxy M smartphones are updated every month.
Let's remind you that Galaxy Tab S7 FE is a simplified version of the Galaxy Tab S7+. The tablet has a large 12.4-inch LCD display with 60 Hz and WQXGA resolution (2560 × 1600p), as well as a Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chip, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of ROM, AKG stereo speakers and a 10,090 mAh battery with support for fast charging for 45 watts.
