LG Electronics has introduced the QNED evo 2026 TV lineup. This year, the focus is on a "stadium-scale" viewing experience: the flagship of the series is the monstrous 115-inch model, designed to completely blur the line between a home TV and a full-fledged movie theater.

Intelligence and Precision

At the heart of the new QNED evo lies the LG alpha 8 AI Gen 3 processor. Thanks to deep learning, the chip not only upscales images to 4K but also analyzes objects in the frame, ensuring:

  • Precision Dimming Ultra: The Mini LED backlight control technology has become even more precise. In the 115” model, the number of local dimming zones has increased by 25% compared to last year, virtually eliminating the "halo" effect.
  • Dynamic QNED Color Pro: Panels are certified for 100% color volume, ensuring rich and natural colors even at extreme brightness, especially in HDR content.
  • AI Sound Pro: Creates a virtual 11.1.2-channel output using the TV's built-in speakers, adapting sound to room size.

The Perfect Screen for Gamers

LG continues to equip its TVs with top features for connecting gaming consoles, and the 2026 lineup offers excellent gaming specs:

  • support for 165 Hz VRR at 4K resolution and 330 Hz in Motion Booster mode — perfect for fast-paced competitive games;
  • LG Gaming Portal — a dedicated interface in webOS 26 that combines cloud gaming (GeForce NOW, Xbox), console settings, and quick access to gaming guides.

Sizes for Every Wall

Despite the focus on ultra-large diagonals (100 and 115 inches), LG has maintained variety in the lower series:

  • QNED90 series: flagship Mini LED with maximum brightness;
  • QNED85/86 series: a golden middle with 144 Hz support and sleek design;
  • QNED80/70 series: affordable solutions in sizes from 43 to 86 inches.

When to Expect and Prices

The first shipments to South Korea, the USA, and Europe will begin at the end of April. Prices are still under wraps, but experts anticipate an "aggressive" pricing strategy to compete with similar offerings from TCL and Hisense.
