The final characteristics of the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro have leaked to the network: OLED displays, proprietary chips, up to 12 GB of RAM and updates within 5 years
Blogger and insider Jon Prosser continues to share leaks about Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro smartphones. In May, he showed the appearance of new products, and now he revealed their final characteristics.
What we know
So, as expected earlier, the devices will be powered by the first processor from Google. The base model will receive a 6.4-inch AMOLED display, a dual camera 50 MP + 12 MP, a 4614 mAh battery, as well as 8 GB of RAM and 128/256 GB of ROM. The top version of Pixel 6 Pro, in turn, will have a 6.71-inch screen with a Plastic OLED matrix, a camera with three modules of 50 MP + 48 MP (telephoto) + 12 MP, a battery increased to 5000 mAh, 12 GB of operational memory and three storage options: 128 GB, 256 GB or 512 GB.
Both smartphones will work out of the box on Android 12. By the way, according to Prosser, the devices are planned to be updated within 5 years (4 years of OS updates and 5 years of security patches).
Price and when to expect
According to previous leaks, Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro will be announced in October this year. The novelty will cost approximately $900.
