Google Pixel 5a appeared in "live" photos a day before presentation

Journalists of the American publication Android Police have got the first "live" pictures of the new Google Pixel 5a budget smartphone.

The pictures show not the device itself, but its main components. The leak, confirms that the novelty will look similar to the Pixel 4a 5G. The smartphone will get the same plastic body, a camera unit with a flash and two modules, a fingerprint scanner on the back, and a headphone jack. 

As for specs, the Pixel 5a is credited with a 6.4-inch 6.4-hole 90Hz OLED display, stereo speakers and a 4,650mAh battery. Under the hood, the Pixel 5a will have a Snapdragon 765G processor paired with 6GB of RAM. Incidentally, the novelty will boast of IP67 protection.

It was previously reported that the Pixel 5a will be unveiled at the end of this month, but according to Android Police, the device may be announced as early as tomorrow - August 17. The smartphone will be asked for $450.
