Rumor: Galaxy S22 Ultra will get the same camera as the Galaxy S21 Ultra
Our colleagues from GalaxyClub have shared some details about Samsung's next top smartphone.
What toldSo, if the leak is to be believed, we should not expect drastic changes in the camera Galaxy S22 Ultra. The device is credited with four modules. Two of them will be periscopes. They will get sensors of 10 MP each. The first one will have support for optical zoom up to 3x, and the second one will have up to 10x. That is, the zoom will be the same as the Galaxy S21 Ultra.
According to the source, such a decision seems obvious, because it is unlikely that owners of current smartphones will upgrade to the new model. That said, Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S10 users will definitely feel the difference when buying the Galaxy S22 Ultra.
As for the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S22+, the smartphones are credited with triple cameras. The main sensor will get a 50 MP sensor. It will be complemented by a 12 MP "shirik" and possibly a telephoto lens.
When to expectThe Galaxy S22 line of smartphones is expected to be unveiled in January 2022. Incidentally, the smartphones may be shown along with the Galaxy Tab S8 tablet lineup.
