MIUI 12.5 RAM boost feature will become available for six more Xiaomi smartphones - the full list has grown to 48 models

On August 10 it became known that for 23 Xiaomi smartphones will be available RAM expansion feature along with the firmware MIUI 12.5. Three days later list increased to 42 models, which was expected. Now it has been added with six more smartphones.

Who was added?

The updated list dated August 13 included models like Redmi 9A and Redmi 9C. Expectedly, they were joined by Redmi 9T, which is the analogue of the Chinese Redmi Note 9 4G powered by Snapdragon 662 with differences in the form of another 2MP module and NFC.

Also, owners of POCO F2 Pro will be able to increase the amount of RAM. This too is not surprising after Memory Fusion technology was promised to POCO F3, F3 GT, POCO X3 GT and POCO X3 Pro models.

Finally, Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite, Mi 10 Youth, Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 4G and Mi 11 Lite 5G have been added to the list, increasing it to 48 smartphones. And the Youth version has already started getting RAM expansion feature as part of the closed beta of MIUI 12.5.
