33 Realme smartphones will get RAM expansion feature

Who's on the list?

Realme calls Dynamic RAM Expansion (DRE) feature. With its help, smartphones with unusual amount of RAM appear on the market. For example, 11 GB or 15 GB. The record is 24 GB, but for this, the device must be equipped with 18 GB RAM. There are no such phones in Realme's range yet.

Many companies are introducing RAM expansion into new smartphones. Xiaomi, ZTE and OPPO do so. Older models MIUI 12.5 RAM boost feature will become available for six more Xiaomi smartphones - the full list has grown to 48 models. A list of 33 Realme smartphones that will support Dynamic RAM Expansion has surfaced on the web.

It includes numbered models starting from the 6 series:

• Realme 8 4G / 8 5G / 8 Pro.
