It's now easier than ever to see the charge level.
Tesla has quietly updated its iPhone app with a host of new features - not least new widgets for the iOS 14 home screen in two different sizes.
The new Tesla app, released at version 4.0.0, can be downloaded from the App Store now, although you'll obviously need some Tesla car to make it as useful as possible. The editorial team at gg is sure that's not a problem.
- This version includes a number of improvements, including a new vehicles and energy home page, as well as more:
- Updated vehicles and energy home page
- Optimized Summon handling
- Improved phone key support - car no longer needs to be manually selected
- Sending commands to car immediately after opening app
- Go Off-Grid feature for seamless home unplugging with Powerwall
Shopping in the Tesla catalog, Users can see information such as charge status and whether Sentry mode is enabled without opening the app at all.
