Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro - up to 30 hours of use, IPX4 protection, Bluetooth 5.2 and aptX Adaptive support at $40
Following the smartphone Redmi 10 Prime Xiaomi has announced fully wireless headphones. The new product is called Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro.
What was revealed?
The earbuds strongly resemble the Redmi AirDots 3 Pro, which was introduced last spring and later appeared on the international market as Redmi Buds 3 Pro. But despite the external resemblance, there is still a slight difference in the specifications.
Firstly, Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro might have lost the noise cancellation system. At least, the manufacturer did not say a word about its presence. Secondly, the battery life was slightly increased - from 6 hours to 7 hours on a single charge and from 28 hours to 30 hours including the case.
The weight of the independent modules is 4.6 grams each. The headphones support Bluetooth 5.2 and atpX Adaptive. The novelty is equipped with Qualcomm QCC3040 chip. The casing has a splash-proof class IPX4. Also note the fast connectivity feature to Xiaomi, Redmi and POCO smartphones.
Price and availability
The headphones were introduced in India. Whether the company plans to release this version on the international market is not clear yet. Residents of India will be able to buy Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro from September 9 at a recommended price of $40. To recall, Redmi AirDots 3 Pro with ANC was priced at $55, but at the start of sales it was selling for $47.
