Symfonisk second-generation lamp from IKEA and Sonos will support AirPlay 2

The second-generation Symfonisk lamp will receive a new design that simplifies the lamp base and adds the ability to change out different styles of lampshades at will.
The guidance file notes that the second-generation Symfonisk is Wi-Fi connectable, supports Apple AirPlay 2, and supports stereo sound with two lamps.
The support document shows two lampshade designs: a cylindrical glass version and a new translucent fabric version. Both will be available in black and white and will cost €20 each, while the main component of the speaker costs €129. In comparison, the original Symfonisk table lamp cost $179.
This new table lamp has not yet been announced by Sonos or IKEA. Editors gg will let you know when it is.
