Xiaomi Black Shark 4S Pro - Snapdragon 888+, 144Hz screen, up to 19GB of RAM and 120-watt charging starting at $745

Xiaomi has released another smartphone powered by Snapdragon 888+ processor. The name was the gaming model Black Shark 4S Pro.

Specifications

The novelty is equipped with 144Hz AMOLED panel with HDR10+ support. The display has a diagonal of 6.67" and FHD+ resolution. The manufacturer claims the sensor sampling rate of 720 Hz. A small hole at the top center has a 20 MP front-facing camera. The biometric sensor is not integrated into the display - it is mounted on the end.

The Snapdragon 888+ mobile processor is complemented by 12GB RAM in the entry-level memory variant and 16GB in the top-end one. The type of RAM is LPDDR5. In both cases, another 3GB of virtual RAM can be added. UFS 3.1 storage is characterized by 256GB or 512GB capacity.

The main camera in Xiaomi Black Shark 4S Pro has 64 MP + 8 MP + 5 MP resolution. It boasts neither OIS nor telephoto lens, but supports shooting in 4K UHD at 60 FPS. The 5-megapixel image sensor is used for macro shooting.

The power system in the novelty is represented by a 4500 mAh battery with 120-watt fast charging. We also note the mechanical hooks on the end, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support, NFC, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and Joy UI 12.8 firmware based on Android 11 operating system.

Pricing

At $745 users will cost the base version of Xiaomi Black Shark 4S Pro with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The 16/512GB modification cost $855. On sale the smartphone will appear in black and white colors of the body.
