Insider: Honor X30 will be the first smartphone on the market to get Snapdragon 695 chip

Honor is going to expand its line of smartphones X30i and X30 Max with a new model.

What is known

We are talking about the base version of Honor X30. The novelty, according to an insider from Weibo, has already been certified in China. According to the leak, the device will support 66W fast charging. Apart from that, the Honor X30 will also boast of a new Snapdragon 695 processor. It will be the first smartphone in the market with such SoC on board.

Recall, Snapdragon 695 unveiled in late October. The processor is the successor to the Snapdragon 690. It is built on a 6-nanometer process and has an integrated 5G modem, as well as Kryo 660 cores and a graphics accelerator Adreno 619. 

As for Honor X30's other specs, it will include a 48 MP + 2 MP + 2 MP triple main camera. The smartphone is expected to be unveiled as early as this month.
