Xiaomi has named the best-selling smartphone of the 11.11 sale
The 11.11 sale ended in China, with the most popular smartphone being the Redmi K40, announced back in February 2021.

It would seem that in eight months everyone who wanted, could already buy Redmi K40, but no. One of the reasons for the popularity of the affordable flagship was the drop in price of the modification with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal memory to $310. At the start of sales, the price was $425.
The top three also included the iPhone 13 and Redmi 9A. The former topped the list of the most popular smartphones priced at $785-1,565, while the latter was the best-selling model in the up to $155 segment.
The funny thing is that sub-brands were more successful in terms of sales volumes than the parent companies. For example, Redmi smartphones sold better than Xiaomi models. The same goes for Realme and OPPO, iQOO and Vivo. Even Honor and Huawei can be included here, but by a stretch.
In conclusion, let us add that Huawei smartphones performed well in the segment starting at $1,565. The Huawei Mate X2 and Mate RS Porsche Design were the leaders there. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 also made it into the top three. The best-selling gaming smartphone was the ASUS ROG Phone 5. It beat the Black Shark 4 / 4S.
