Xiaomi is working on Redmi 10 (2022), the novelty will receive a 50 MP camera
Despite the fact that Xiaomi has only recently launched the state-owned Redmi 10 (overview), the company is already preparing a new version of it for release.
What is known
The device will be called Redmi 10 (2022). It goes by with model numbers 21121119SG and 22011119UY. According to an insider, the smartphone will be equipped with a main camera with several models. The main sensor will receive a Samsung S5KJN1 or OmniVision OV50C40 50 MP sensor. It will be complemented by an 8 MP Sony IMX355 wide sensor and a 2-megapixel OmniVision OV02B1B or GalaxyCore GC02M1B depth sensor. That is, the set of cameras will be the same as the current model Redmi 10. It is not clear how the new product will differ then.
The # Redmi102022 camera setup is the same as basic Redmi 10 (S5KJN1 / OV50C40 50Mpx, IMX355 8Mpx, OV02B1B / GC02M1B 2Mpx), so I won't be surprised if it's a very similar device.
